Job Description	We are looking for a highly motivated and efficient senior Human Resources Executive to undertake a variety of HR administrative duties such as Recruitment, maintaining and updating employee records, keeping all databases and systems up-to-date, and drafting letters. This includes supporting with day-to-day inquiries, projects, payroll, updating and implementing company policies, employee feedback, and performance reviews. The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge of Human Resources as well as general Administrative responsibilities. Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to the attainment of specific goals and results for the HR department and the organization. Candidate should have Bachelor`s degree in Human Resources or related field with 1 to 2 years of HR experience Strong interpersonal, communication, follow-up, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task with attention to detail Proficient with MS Word & Excel Self-motivated, team player with excellent people skills High level of discretion with confidential material Must have Excellent Communication Skills Roles and Responsibilities Recruitment of employees as and when it demands a high priority Managing employees` ESI, PF, Professional Tax, TDS, and other related duties (Must) Assist in the day-to-day operations of the HR Department Provide operations support on issues such as talent and performance management and employment law Assist with the recruiting and onboarding process Maintains and processes all notices and notifications to employees in a timely, efficient manner Interview Date/ Time- 28 December - 31st December, 10.30 AM - 5.00 PM Venue Details- WEA Designs Private Limited, 119, 2nd main Rd, KSRTC Layout, 2nd Phase, J.
