Job Description	Candidate should have 0 to 4 years of experience in HR & Administration, HR Generalist Activities, Compliance, Employee Engagement, Recruitment. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, Fluent in English Kannada. Worked in an organization of at least 50-55 employees Demonstrated ability to roll-up sleeves, think creatively and work collaboratively in a fast-moving and flexible environment. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all levels of the organization. Strong decision-making skills and ability to work independently Must be Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular) Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects Looking preferably for female candidates.
