  Yukti Solutions Private Limited is looking for HR Recruiter-Cum-Admin Executive



Job Description

We are looking for a smart and result oriented candidate who can help us with our Human Resources (mainly Recruitment for IT and Non-IT Profiles) and Administrative activities. You must be a smart negotiator to hire the required skillsets within company budget and time constraints.

# HR Responsibilities

- Job Posting and Resume Sourcing
- Recruitment of IT and Non-IT Profiles
- Onboarding and background verifications
- Maintaining Candidate Documentations
- Maintaining Skill Database for future needs
- Handling employee grievances
- Organising Team-building Activities
- Conducting Interviews (Salary Negotiations, Appraisals and Exit)

# Admin Responsibilities

- Maintaining Productive and Disciplined Work Environment
- Coordinating with Vendors/Supplies/Services Providers
- Maintaining Office Supplies and Assets Allocation Records
- Documentation and Filing

# Essential Skills

- Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal and Written)
- Computer Basics (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

# MOST IMPORTANT

- BBA/ MBA in Human Resources will be preferred, but any graduate can apply.
- We are looking for the candidates in Delhi NCR who can join us on immediate basis. No work-from-home (WFH) will be allowed.
- Max starting salary of Rs. 1.8 lacs annually (Rs. 15000 per month) will be offered.
- Only apply if you can plan a long term career with us. We will be signing a contract with the finalised candidate for 2 years.
