  Magicworks IT Solutions Private Limited is looking for HR Admin and Executive Assistant



Job Description

Candidate should have at least 1 to 2 years related work experience with knowledge about Digital Marketing Industry & Business needs. Must have excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills, knowledgeable in English, Hindi, Marathi.

Intermediate skill level with Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
Basic writing, reading and arithmetic skills
Strong level of influence and negotiation skills
Good professional appearance
Able to work alone on a broad variety of projects

Able to exercise effective judgment, sensitivity, creativity to changing needs and situations
Able to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with people in course of work
Ability to research, evaluate and analyse new recruitment techniques, methods, and procedures
Knowledge in administrative activities and internal control policy and procedure
Present a personable and professional manner
