Job Description

Candidate should have Degree - BCA, MCA, B. Tech & M. Tech (Specialized CS/ IT) (Pass-out Year 2017 to 2021) with 0 to 3 years of experience in Technical Support, System Administration, Unix, Linux, LAN, Customer Service, Windows Troubleshooting, MS Office, Information technology

Professional Skills

Knowledge Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
PC proficiency
Understands JAVA & WebLogic
Knowledge of System administration & UNIX system administration will be an added advantage

Job Responsibilities

Handling issues & queries, act as point of contact for all profile related questions.
Provides technical support to users by researching and answering questions, troubleshooting problems and maintaining workstation and System performance.
Participates in the development of client training programs by identifying learning issues and recommending instructional language.
Monitors and maintains compliances with service agreements.
Improves system performance by identifying problems and recommending changes.
Accomplishes information systems and organization mission by completing related results as needed
