  Pro-Vigil, Inc. (A Riverside Company) is looking for HR Cum Admin Executive



Job Description

Candidate should have 2 to 5 years of experience in HR Administration, Facilities Management, Travel Arrangements, Administrative Assistance, Travel Desk. Must have excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibilities-

Liaison with Government Nodal Agencies of Visakhapatnam Customs Department, Police Department, Greater Visakha Municipal Corporation (GVMC), ESIC, and EPFO.
Planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems and devising ways to streamline processes.
Ensure employee compliance with Matrix Time Keeping and Attendance Management System. (Hyderabad and Vizag)
Ensure the Implementation of Covid Protocol in the offices. (Hyderabad and Vizag)
Overseeing employee canteen facilities.
Monitor Visitor Management System.

Supervise and oversee Fire drills, fire extinguisher automation system, disaster recovery plan, and extra vigilant during national/local/international dismal. (Hyderabad and Vizag)
Manage the Emergency responding team and Crisis Management Team. (Hyderabad and Vizag)
Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities, and tradespersons (e.g., electricians).
Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning, etc.).
Organize Covid Vaccination Drives and Health Camps ((Hyderabad and Vizag).
