Job Description



Candidate should be Graduate/ Bachelor of Engg. Graduate from a recognized University (Preferably - Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) Experience as Technical Support Officer preferred. Must have Good communication Skills both Verbal and Written. Should have basic knowledge of Retail store and equipments.

Being available for my stores colleagues whenever they seek support To Probe; Triage and Dispatch Jobs for the Stores Allocate the right man with the right skill at the right time Handle Inbound / Outbound Calls within the Key Performance Indicators
Manage the job with High Quality Partnering with business leads to bridge process gaps as a part of continuous improvement
Be a strong team player with a strong partnership outlook

Ability to troubleshoot; have eye for detail and problem solving skills Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence Identifying operational improvements and finding solutions by applying CI tools and techniques
Responsible for completing tasks and transactions within agreed
