  Career Catalysts HRC Private Limited is looking for HR & Admin Executive



Job Description

Candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in Recruitment: Sourcing, screening and interviewing of desired candidates, Maintain Database: Attendance & Leave management, Joining formalities: Induction and on-boarding of the new recruits to the system and to explain them Hr policies and procedures.

Documentation: Creation of confirmation letters, experience, relieving letter, monitor contract expiry for renewals& Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies)
Vendor management: Maintain relationships with vendors, keep a track of price data & comparison sheet of multiple vendors to get best pricing services. Record keeping of vendors list.
Handling :-Petty cash management, insurance-related issues
Handling the full and final settlement of the employees
Taking care of entire admin activities.

Location: Bandra (W)
Work Timings: 09.30 AM - 06.30 PM, or 10.00 AM -07.00 PM
Working Days: 5 Days (Monday - Friday)
