Job Description	Candidate must have In Depth knowledge of employee attendance & leave management. Expertise in sourcing potential candidates through various channels - career portals, recruitment sites, job boards & social platforms. Implement end-to-end candidate hiring processes to ensure a positive experience Evaluating applications and screening candidates via calls or emails, as well as facilitating pre-interview assessments Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Understanding of onboarding & Exit process and employee documentation Competent in organizing and managing employee engagement programs Should have experience in handling employee queries regarding HR Department & HR Policy To create positive image of the company amongst employees and act as interface between Management and staff Proficient in Vendor Management, Bills & Utility and office troubleshooting Build positive reviews of the company on relevant online platforms
