Job Description	Candidate should have Master`s degree in Human Resources Management or any relevant qualification with 3 to 5 years of experience as a talent acquisition specialist in IT Companies. Prior experience in hiring Networking/ Security/ Cloud Architect/ Presales positions will be preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems Advanced knowledge of effective hiring platforms that attract suitable applicants Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends. Roles and Responsibilities- Liaising with internal departments to determine recruitment needs. Determining selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for vacant positions. Sourcing potential candidates through various channels - career portals, recruitment sites, job boards, social platforms, as well as print media, posters, and flyers, when required. Evaluating applications and screening candidates via calls or emails, as well as facilitating pre-interview assessments. Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants, such as employer branding initiatives. Create and implement end-to-end candidate hiring processes to ensure a positive experience Form close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear candidate/interviewer expectations.
