  Merlin Projects Limited is looking for Junior Executive - HR & Admin



Job Description

Candidate should be Any Graduate with minimum 1-3 years of working experience in HR & Admin
Should be good in MS Excel, V-LOOKUP, H-LOOKUP & Power Point.
Male Candidate Preferred

Roles and Responsibilities-

Reviewing CVs, shortlisting candidates and assisting in the recruitment process
Ensuring that the employees are satisfied with their role in the organisation, the work environment
Maintaining records, attendance and data of each employee and providing them to the management team when required
Handling the orientation of new employees
Handling and managing data/records of each employee of the organisation

Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
Ensure all supporting documents for payroll are filed in the payroll file audit purposes
Maintaining Attendance & Salary Preparation
