  Zebronics India Private Limited is looking for Technical Support Engineer



Job Description



Candidate must have basic knowledge in Electronics, Speakers, Audio Amplifiers, Computer Operating system & other IT products. Updated knowledge on latest technologies like Smart devices/ IOT products. Troubleshooting technical issues. Diagnosing and solving hardware & software faults. Freshers with good knowledge in computers and electronics can apply.

Job Responsibilities-

Speaking to customers to quickly get to the root of their problem
Talking to customers through a series of actions to resolve a problem
Should have good written and verbal communication skills.

Male candidates alone apply.
Must be able to speak in Hindi and English fluently.
Should have knowledge in computers and Electronics.
Experienced candidate in Technical support can apply.

Should be willing to work 6 days a week.
Candidate should be from voice process only.
Additional Languages will be added advantage.
