  Voovi Digital Private Limited is looking for HR & Admin Executive



Job Description

Candidate must have proven experience as an HR Generalist for 3+ years. Should have experience in HR Administration, Office Management, Recruitment, Office Assistance, HR Generalist Activities, HR Operations.

Core Competency we are looking for:

Do-it-yourself start-up environment.
Organizational & time management skills
Language - Excellent in Hindi and English verbal and written skills (Tamil will be advantage)
Strong experience in HRMS Software/ System, MS Office
Ability to Multi Task.

Roles and Responsibilities-

Handling overall human resource function of Hiring
HR system development
Maintain HR related records on monthly / quarterly / yearly basis i.e. Employee Data Base, Leave Records for Regular & Contractor employees, Increment Detail and Leave without pay records, etc.
Office Administration
Vendor Coordination
Company expense weekly Report
Should handle day to day all admin activities.

Location: Mumbai (Anand Nagar, Kandivali East)
Working day: 5 days a week (6 day biweekly)/ Work in office
Salary: 21,000 - 25,000 INR per month
