  Physio Care Private Limited is looking for HR Assistant/ Office Administrator



Job Description

Candidate should have Masters Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration (Fresher, 0 to 1 year Experience), (BBA Degree can be considered, if the candidate is exceptionally good), MBA, Other Relevant PG Diploma or PG in Human Resources.

Roles and Responsibilities-

1. Work with company CEO and/or Director to strategically plan HR initiatives that will benefit the company and encourage more efficient and beneficial work from employees
2. Direct all hiring and training procedures for new employees
3. Continually check Employee attendance
4. Continually educate employees on company policies.
5. Administer or change benefits, health plans, retirement plans, etc.

6. Monitor employee progress and stay abreast on company climate and culture, ensuring it stays positive and productive
7. Coordinate and direct work activities for managers and employees
8. Foster cross-functional relationships and ensure managers and employees are properly connected
9. Regularly meet with employees for progress reviews and assessments, discussing any problems or grievances they may have
10.Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues
11. Understand and adhere to all pertinent labor laws
12. Help Operations Team and coordinate with them
