  K12 Techno Services Private Limited is looking for Administration Executive



Job Description

Candidate should be Any Graduate/ Post Graduate with 2 to 5 years of experience in General Administration, Vendor Management, Housekeeping Management, Facility Management. Should have excellent communication skills.

Job Responsibility-

To ensure the smooth & timely, Opening and Closing of the assigned cities offices.

To ensure the smooth functioning of housekeeping, Pantry & Security guard agency and will check their performance and to take periodic feedback on the services provided.

To ensure the availability of proper Infrastructure & Equipment (Furniture s & fixtures as per Handbook, UPS, CCTV`s, Emergency Lights, Biometric Machine, Water Cooler, HVAC, Genset, Coffee machines, Fire Extinguishers, etc) as per defined guidelines.

Will Validate/ Approve the requisitions raised by end users. (Stationary/ Housekeeping/ Pantry consumables/ Assets, Renewals etc.)

Will Monitor & ensure the Satisfactory functioning of electric equipment like Emergency Lights/ Fire Extinguisher/ UPS/ CCTV/ Genset etc at the assigned Cities.

Will Ensure the prompt resolution of Civil/ Plumbing/ Electricity/ Carpenter etc. related Issues.
To make sure that, the proper process is being followed for new Material Purchases at the city level
To ensure the proper Placement & Functioning and maintenance of the Signage s, Glow Sign Boards, office name boards, & Standees etc.
