  Delta Capita Limited is looking for HR Administrator/ Officer



Job Description



Candidate should be Any Graduate (Preferably MBA) with previous HR Administrator experience
good initiative and problem-solving skills
Good team ethic
Keen to learn, develop and progress
Good time keeping skills

Strong experience in Microsoft Office software
Strong and confident written and verbal communicator
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively on own initiative
High level of English.
Experience of office management

Essential Functions/ Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for helping Delta Capita to provide a professional and effective day to day office management, including but not limited to human resource and office administration. The candidate will be pivotal in supporting HR, admin, and office management functions.

Being the main point of contact for the building Reception, including requesting all visitor passes
Staffing the Reception desk duties - ensuring all calls are dealt with professionally and clearly and welcoming all visitors to the company
Providing support to the Senior Management Team, including diary management, travel arrangements, completion of expenses and catering requests.
Booking, setting up and clearing meeting rooms for both internal and external meetings.
Processing all incoming and outgoing post, scheduling couriers when required.
Assisting with organising company events.
