Job Description	Candidate should be Graduate in any stream with excellent knowledge of MS Office Decent understanding of verbal and written communication Ability to multi task and prioritize daily work load (Candidates residing in Noida/ Greater Noida have an added advantage) Immediate joiner preferred Roles and Responsibilities- Coordinate activities related to sourcing, screening, interviewing, applicant assessment and presenting of deserving candidates to higher authorities. Render support to the recruitment process. Preparation and presentation of various status report for the senior management and other stakeholders to enable effective decision making. Co-ordinate with the functional head for the requisition/ demand Schedule interviews with the department heads Preparation of paper work as instructed by reporting authority Update HR and Personnel Administration process documents Coordinate with vendors based on office requirements Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and file management system Acting as the administrative point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients. Maintain the diary, arrange meeting and appointments and provide reminders. Monitor office supplies and research for better deals or suppliers. Attend and greet guests while handling all back office tasks Submit requisition of office stationary of other office supply
