  Robokidz Eduventures Private Limited is looking for Admin & HR Executive



Job Description

Candidate should be Any Graduate with minimum 3 + Years of experience in similar job profile
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in english
Preferred someone from Edtech background

HR Responsibilities:

Coordinating with the team to understand the resource requirement.
Posting the job requirements on different portals and emailing the JD to consultancies.
Calling the candidates and scheduling them for an interview.
Conducting tests for fresher candidates and Group Discussions.
Conducting telephonic discussions and processing candidates for Joining.
Coordinating with the Finance team and assisting them.

ADMIN Responsibilities:

Processing internal arrangements such as travel, training sessions, and team-building events.
Maintaining internal records, which may include preparing, issuing, and filing company documentation.
Handling the Office maintenance activities.
Assisting the finance team with invoices and bill maintenance.
