  Hitachi Systems India Private Limited is looking for Technical Support Engineer (Interview)



Job Description

Candidate must have good understanding of IT production support (database and middleware like WebLogic and WebSphere). Understanding of IT Operations (IT Infrastructure and Application operations)

Ability to understand Application architecture and associated business / IT Operations workflows.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced technical environment.
Good troubleshooting skills, communication, and customer handling etiquettes

Roles and Responsibilities-

Preferably a part of it in the IT Management/ Application Performance Management area
Exposure to basic Unix commands & scripting, SQL
Knowledge of application tiers
