Job Description

RCS is looking for a Software Technical Support to provide enterprise-level assistance to our customers. He/she will assist, troubleshoot software issues, and conduct training to our clients.

Desired candidate must have good understanding of computer systems
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
Ability to conduct training sessions for the clients
MS SQL knowledge will be an added advantage
Additional certification in Microsoft will be an added advantage

Roles and Responsibilities-

Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
Ability to apply logical thinking to provide solutions to problems
Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution
Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem
Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone and/or email, until the issue is resolved

Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams
Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
Refer to internal database or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions
Ensure all issues are properly logged
Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
Maintain cordial relationships with clients
