Job Description	Candidate should be Graduate in Human Resources- MBA/ PG/ Additional specialization degree preferred Highly proficient in using recruitment portals like Naukri, Linked-in, Indeed and others Good network with other recruitment agencies and social media Must be Proficient in MS- office (MS word, PPT, Excel) Should have excellent Communication skills Roles and Responsibilities- Filling positions within an organization within specified TAT Designing and implementing SOP for recruitment for the organization. Joining formalities, induction, exit interview. Redressal of employee grievances and attending to attrition issues. Developing own network of suitable candidates. Handling of administration and record-keeping. Working with organizations to develop a recruitment plan. Executing recruitment plans efficiently. Drafting and posting job descriptions. Interviewing candidates. Preparing offer letters and KRA-KPI of the selected candidates Ensuring smooth performance appraisal mechanism
