Job Description

Candidate should be MBA/ MPM with 2 to 4 years experience in the field of HR & Administration

Job Responsibilities-

1) Recruitment/ Talent Acquisition, Joining Formalities, Induction
2) Employee Database and Payroll Management
3) Leave and Attendance Management & MIS
4) Employee Mediclaim/ & General insurance
5) Employee Welfare activities

6) Handling Day to day administration, Society, AMC Management
7) Vendor Management, Bill Payments
8) Handling Employee Grievances
9) Designing and Implementation of HR Policies

Candidate from Real Estate Industry and from Pune Location will be preferred
