Job Description	The Senior Software Engineer is senior software developer with broad knowledge of the principles, practices, and procedures of software development, including neo4j, which are the core responsibilities of this role. The person is expected to comply with RSMs SDLC, working under moderate supervision while making sound decisions to effectively move assignments forward. Candidates must exhibit good problem solving skills and be able to take action or make decisions, within the scope of their role, to solve moderately difficult problems, including analysis and design, and own the resolution of the issue through implementation. The role requires continuous growth of technical, business, and people skills as well as producing documentation that complies with development standards. EDUCATION Bachelors Degree in Computer Programming or Information Systems TECHNICAL SKILLS Knowledge of HTML, JS and React Microsoft SQL Server, C#, .NET, ASP.NET neo4j Microsoft Azure Cloud Familiarity with ReST APIs Essential Duties- Review, validation, and interpretation of business and non-functional requirements. Interaction with Business Analysts and Business contacts Analysis of existing systems, implementation of requirements and change requests into design deliverables Construction and unit testing of software on various platforms including, web, desktop, and client server. Uses available technologies within the Azure cloud to create reusable, extendable, and maintainable systems and components Communication with project team members including assisting QA with testing of software, assist tech lead and project management with estimation, planning, and project status, and assistance with identifying project issues and risks
