Designation: Assistant Manager - Human Resource & Administration
Years of Experience: 3+ Years (Age Limit : Between 25-35 years)
Educational Qualification: MBA - HR

Notice Period: Immediate or 15 days Max
Reporting to: Director

Essential Skill Set Required-

1. Good verbal and written communication skills
2. Well verse with excel and Saral Pay pack software
3. Process oriented and highly disciplined in approach

Prime Job Responsibilities-

1. Recruitment and Selection
2. Responsible for Induction & joining formalities
3. Attendance & Leave Management
4. Manpower contract labour handling and agreements
5. Employee engagement activities
6. Responsible for payroll and salary disbursement
7. PF, ESIC, PT, and other statutory payments
8. Coordinating internal and external audits
9. Exit Formalities
10. Employee Welfare/ Relations
