Candidate should be B.Tech/ BCA Graduates with good written and verbal communication skills in English. Good knowledge of Computers & Networking in Telecommunication industry Knowledge about Signal flow/ Data Transmission Basic knowledge of Telecom Technology CDMA/ GSM/ Ethernet
Fare understanding of Wireline & Wireless Network Technologies Awareness about SWITCH, MUX, DEMUX & ROUTER along with their functionalities Must be Good in Analytical Thinking & Reasoning skills.
Job Responsibilities:
To assist customer/ technicians with telecommunication issues. Providing technical assistance on call. Working in a team to achieve defined SLAs.
Work Location - Noida 5 days working
