  Sterling New Horizons Private Limited is looking for HR & Admin Manager



Job Description

Candidate should have 4 to 8 years of experience in HR/ Recruitment, Bridging Management, Administrative Assistance, Payroll Management, HR strategy, Travel Arrangement, Office Maintenance. Must have excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibilities-

Recruit new employees, Payroll, Maintaining attendance sheet, Responsible for Administrative functions, vendor discussion, travel arrangement, office maintenance, Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues, Manage the recruitment and selection process, Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capita, Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization, Assessing staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
