  Vizara Technologies Private Limited is looking for Assistant Manager (HR/ Admin)



Job Description



We have a requirement of an experienced Assistant Manager: HR cum Admin cum Office with good communication and writing skills.

Candidate must have a Bachelors Degree (Preferred MBA in HR, Personnel Management) with 3+ years experience in HR & Admin. Should have good hands-on on using HR, CRM, and payroll. Impeccable oral and written communication skills, with a penchant for proof-reading & creative thinking. Preferred - experience in working with a technology-oriented organisation

Required Skills:

Good knowledge of using MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
Expert in using online editors like Google Docs and using Google Drive
Good writing skills for sending emails and drafting memos
Well-spoken in English and Hindi

Roles and Responsibilities:

HR

Drafting HR policies and implementing the same
Looking after staff welfare and providing help to each employee
Handling staff related issues and ensuring discipline and punctuality
Maintaining attendance and leave records of employees
Hiring and on-boarding of new staff, interns, consultants, part-time workers
Preparing offer letters, NDA, Contracts, etc and maintaining employee/consultant.
Managing exit formalities.
Maintaining all employee records on Company online storage
Help accounts in making salary slips by providing attendance records
Employee Grievances Management
Events management and employee engagement celebrations

Office Admin

Organising and maintaining the office, including all storage units
Keeping records of office assets, including hardware and software, their issue to staff, their maintenance and servicing
Vendor Management: Purchase and management of office supplies and hardware/software assets
Vendor management: Quotations management and placing orders
Managing logistics and arrangements for staff and client meetings
Filing and maintaining client and project records
Supervise all travel and hotel arrangements for staff, including visas as applicable
Executive assistance to Management
