  Servarmada Technology Development Services is looking for Executive - HR & Admin



Job Description

Candidate must have proven working experience as HR & Admin Associate/ Officer positions
Hands-on experience in complying with statutory requirements (PF ESI PT Statutory Compliance/ Labour Laws)
People oriented and results driven.

Must have excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Strong interpersonal, communication, follow-up, problem-solving & creative thinking skills.
Must be flexible & adaptable.

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
Should have dood communication & interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

End to end recruitment process as per business needs.
Handling and Ensuring smooth onboarding / induction of all team members & relieving.
Managing leave data and generate the preliminary file for payroll with additions and deductions in coordination with the team.
Payroll processing and statutory compliance (PFESIPTLabour Laws etc)
Manage the documentation process and appropriate database record-keeping for all current and past employees
Assist in HR administrative day-to-day tasks and responsibilities.
Issuance of purchase order as per the request from the concerned department.
