Job Description	Candidate should be Any Graduate with 0 to 2 years of experience in Technical Support, Customer Service, International Voice Process. Customer Support, Outbound Process. Must have excellent communication skills. Job Responsbility- # Assisst McAfee customers who fall under Small and Medium business category and to resolve any McAfee product related questions. # Handle real-time voice-calls and chats with technical queries # Handle email queries and respond in a timely-manner # Attempt to provide resolutions on the first interaction with customers. # Needs to make outbound calls to the customer as and when required. # Handle multiple cases at the same time with varying degrees of severity. # Update customers on progress of their cases on a regular-basis.
