  Busybees Logistics Solutions Private Limited is looking for Technical Support Engineer



Job Description

Candidate should have Bachelor`s degree in Computer Science or related field with 3 to 5 years of IT experience

Skill sets:

Ecomm and Logistics business domain knowledge preferred
Working knowledge in any of the Databases like - MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle etc.
Knowledge on ITIL process - Incident, Problem, Change and Release Management
Knowledge of any programming language would be beneficial.

Hands-on experience in writing SQL queries.
Good understanding of Linux / Unix systems, expertise in log checking, file
navigation, SFTP and other important Unix commands.

Good knowledge on Shell / Perl Scripting / its execution of the script.
Working knowledge on tools like - Any ticketing tool (JSM/Service Now..), OpsGene,
Grafana (any monitoring tools)

Behavioural -

Excellent communication skills - Verbal and written
Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and peers to resolve issues.
Able to perform in a fast paced and time bound delivery oriented work environment
