Job Description	We are looking for a female executive for HR cum Admin role. The candidate should be smart, pro-active and should be well versed in English (reading, writing and speaking). The candidate must have advanced knowledge of using MS Office with a strong knowledge of Labor Laws & Statutory Compliance. Candidate should have MBA in HR (preferably from a premier MBA Institute) with 1 to 3 years work experience. Must have good Knowledge of Labour Laws, Industrial Relations, HR practices, Compensation & Benefits. Understanding yourself and others. Accurately assessing your own, as well as others, thoughts, feelings, and motivations. Responding to situations appropriately. Understanding and managing your emotions. Developing and implementing effective solutions. Identifying pertinent issues relevant to decisions. Analyzing alternatives and considering options.
