Job Description

We are hiring for Technical support with 0 to 4 years of experience for Rotational shift (24/7)

Hiring for : Social Process (Chat)
Shift Timings - 24/7 (WFO)
Week Offs(2) - No fixed offs

Joining Date: November 14th 2022

Interview Process (6 Rounds) -
Initial Screening/ Harver assessment / Technical Round /Ops Round/ Versant Round /HR Discussion

Completely Work from Office (WFO). Immediate joiners only.
Work location : Hyderabad (Hi tech city)
Required : Fluency in English

Work Experience : 0-4 years
Education : Undergraduates also eligible
Services Agreement - 6 months
Skills : Basic knowledge in Hardware Troubleshooting,
Basic knowledge in Windows operating system troubleshooting,
Basic knowledge of software/ drivers/ logical understanding of troubleshooting process.
