  Vsmart World Communication - Vivo is looking for Technical Support Engineer



Job Description

We are hiring IT Support for the Software Name: Yidea EAM, V Work tool, Lark issues which is used for Backend teams, Sales, Human Resources, Business support, etc.

The Job

You will be responsible for:

1. Information system, operation and application guidance and answering doubts, data check and data analysis;
2. Be responsible for the training of the new system online, collect the problems faced by the team, and provide guidance and help;

3. Support to the Admin team whenever they need support

Key Competencies-

1. Education background - Major in Computers
2. Personnel with IT project management
3. Strong communication skills.
4. Have a sense of service and good learning ability.
5. Should have good knowledge in database query writing skills
