Job Description



Candidate should be Any Graduate with excellent communication and Interpersonal skills
Must have an ability to converse in regional language along with English.
Ability to convince customers
Assist customers in all their queries

Roles & Responsibilities-

Understanding the need of the customer and helping the customer to clear the queries
Explaining to the customers related to the solutions
Handle end-to-end Inbound queries and customer support - existing clients.
Assisting customers in polite manner.
Good customer centricity.

Fully responsible for meeting and exceeding customer needs as assigned periodically
Direct prospects to the customer issues.
Ensure no losses or errors occurred while assisting customers
Adheres to and supports company policies and practices.
Ensure customer follow-up all the time.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve.

Working Days: 6 days of Working and 1 Day Rotational Off
CTC - 18000 to 24000
