Job Description

Candidate should have Degree in Computer Science/ IT or equivalent with 2 years of testing experience.
Experience working with LAMP stack applications
Familiarity with PHP Testing tools like Selenium, StoryPlayer, PHPUnit
Proficient in PHP, HTML5, JavaScript, JQuery Expert
Good understanding of PHP frameworks like Symfony.
Good understanding of databases like MySQL, MongoDB
Background in testing restful JSON web services will be a plus.
Good understanding of APIs and how to test them.

Must have an ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the companys success
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Team player
Good time-management skills
Great interpersonal and communication skills

Job Responsibilities:

Analyzing users stories and/use cases/requirements for validity and feasibility
Collaborate closely with other team members and departments
Execute all levels of testing (System, Integration, and Regression)
Design and develop automation scripts when needed
Detect and track software defects and inconsistencies
Provide timely solutions
Apply quality engineering principles throughout the product lifecycle
Provide support and documentation
