  Govindah Nutrition is looking for HR & Office Admin Executive



Job Description

Candidate should have minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in HR/ Admin
Should have handled payroll, recruitment, compliance related work
MBA (HR) as educational qualification is preferred
Female Candidates Preferred

Roles and Responsibilities-

Attendance, Payroll & Salary Management including ESI/EPF filing and handling employee queries related to attendance, salary, OT etc

Employee TA/DA checks & approvals as per policy
Incentive tracking & calculation for field sales personnel
Statutory Compliance related documentation

Recruitment process management across all functions including interview process, offer & appointment/ confirmation letters as well as exit interview and F&F settlement process

Assisting senior management on follow up & tracking with respect to compliance related responses & related documentation
