Software Testing Engineer (Remote/ WFH)   




  Majesco Software & Solutions India Pvt. Limited is looking for Software Testing Engineer (Remote/ WFH)



Job Description

Candidate should have experience as a Software Engineer/ Tester or Software Development Engineer in Test with the mindset to identify the issues and collaborate with engineers in resolving the issues. Experience with Automation tools like Selenium is preferred

Experience in Insurance Domain knowledge is preferred
Contribute the review and writing of manual Test cases and Test Plans
Contribute to prepare test scenarios, test cases

Review and update the test repository with the changing functionalities. Track and report progress, identify and mitigate any risks to delivery. Participate in various tech transformation initiatives and contribute to adopting new tools and technologies. Mentor and guide team in achieving individual and organization goals

Interface with integration teams for E2E tests Integration tests, perform integration, and sort out the issues.
Hands-on experience in API (SOAP, REST) and DB Testing

Strong working knowledge of testing concepts - test plan/strategy, test design execution, defect management, test reporting
Good Knowledge of Agile Methodology
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and excellent communication

Contribute to the development of automation test strategies and implement Hands-on automated and manual test, lead the team and address the issue/blocker from defect resolution, test environment connectivity, functionality understanding , etc.,

Experience on a team using Agile project management tools - JIRA, Continuous Integration
Ability to quickly learn new business domains and processes.
Prior experience with Oracle databases, SQL Databases etc.
Good understanding of the application system
