We have an opening for Tele calling Executive role with a leading accounting software company based in Mumbai Central.
Designation - Customer Support Executive
Process - Inbound Voice Process (Its a customer support role & not a sales role)
Location - Mumbai Central
Experience - Freshers
CTC - 2.50LPA
Working hours - 8am to 4pm /12pm - 8am
Working days - 6 days (Monday to Saturday)
Roles & Responsibilities:
Handling Technical & Accounting Queries and giving Resolution to Tally. ERP 9 Users and CAs, Tax Practitioners etc.
Criteria:
1) Candidate must have a minimum qualification of Bachelors Degree with Accountancy and Commerce background (B.com or BBM)
2) Excellent oral and written communication skills. For Oral - English and Hindi is a must.
3) Basic computer knowledge.
4) Tally knowledge is an added advantage.
