Job Description

Candidate should be B.Tech/ BE in Electronics/Telecommunication, Instrumentation, Electrical, Diploma in Electrical, Electronics/ Telecommunication with excellent technical skills, Marketing, Networking, Interpersonal, Problem solving, Demonstration skills / Presentation skills (to customers)

Job Responsibility-

1. To support customers with technical information with respect to installation and troubleshooting.

2. Generate analysis report of the queries faced during customer support update it to Product Management Marketing team to take required action in order to make customer support documents.

3. Responsible for updating quality issues to Product Management / BD Support to generate the new leads from support activities, co-ordination with sale follow-up with Sales Marketing team.

4. Field visit if necessary as per the requirement.
