  The Allstate Corporation is looking for Technical Support Associate



Job Description

Candidate with 1+ year of experience in technical support preferred
Communication Skills Written and Verbal [Intermediate]
Knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365 [Intermediate]
Networking Skills [Beginner]

Present a positive, effective, and flexible contribution to achieving team targets and objectives.
Proactiveness and technical appetite to explore and obtain solutions for unknown issues
Should have basic knowledge of Incident Management [Intermediate]
Open to working in rotational shifts and in weekends

Roles and Responsibilities-

Troubleshooting experience of Enterprise applications, Windows & MAC OS.
Experience in logical reasoning to identify root cause of hardware/ software break fix.
Working and collaborating with different level of support
Experience in handling customer queries through Calls, Chat and Self-help incidents.
