Job Description	Candidate should have a Bachelor`s Degree in any field with 2-3 years of relevant experience MBA/ Diploma in Human Resource is a plus Fluent in English- both oral and written; Excellent at MS office tools, e.g. Word, Excel, PPT etc. - Mandatory Must have strong administrative skills Knowledge and Skills- Experience in HR function- specifically business partnering is preferred Experience in handling onboarding data management is preferred Experience in handling 3P manpower is preferred Willingness to travel and engage with relevant stakeholders Ability to multitask and deliver quality output in each of the tasks Good interpersonal, influencing, negotiation and communications skills to manage effective stakeholder relationships Staying within 5/10 kms radius from Powai.
