Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

1. MIS reports and collections due report.

Follow up with the sales team for their weekly tour and sales reports
Collect information and provide MIS for key production numbers to MD on a weekly basis
Collect information and provide weekly dispatch reports planned versus actual.
Analysis of data from CRM and sales team members.

2. HR coordination.

Maintenance of employee HR files.
Employee policies implementation.
Maintenance of Employee attendance and leave records.
Recruitment Scheduling of Interviews,
