Job Description

Looking candidate having 1 to 2 years experience as HR & Admin Assistant in manufacturing firm.

Educational Qualification: MBA (HR)- Freshers are also welcome
Should have good knowledge about excel & drafting various letters.
Should be local from Navi Mumbai.

Job Responsbilities-

Recruitment-Non IT, Onboarding & Joining Formalities.
Leave & Attendance Management
Payroll Processing
Assist in Statutory Compliances, PF & ESIC.
Exit Formalities.

Other admin related responsibilities required for day to day office & factory operations, travelling and lodging arrangements etc.
