Job Description
|
Candidate should be Graduate/ Post Graduate with minimum 1 year experience in Technical Support, Voice Process. Must have good communication skills. Able to take calls Over Phone which involves working in different time zones. Take calls from Global clients and initiate the right response to them, positively and professionally.
Must be flexible to work in shifts. Excellent English - both verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of customer service principles and practices Good technical knowledge
Immediate Joiner Required Shift: Rotational Shifts Week Off: 5 days working (2 days rotational week off)
