  Lithium Urban Technologies Private Limited is looking for HR & Admin Executive



Job Description



Candidate should be Any Graduate with MBA (HR) with 4 to 5 years of experience in HR Administration, Payroll Management, HR Generalist Activities, Recruitment, Attendant Activities. Must have excellent communication skils.

Roles and Responsibilities

Payroll-Payroll Input file -

Update the Payroll file based on the Attendance register and salary details and share it with All Sec team on a monthly basis. Auditing Payroll Input file and Pay Register and reporting discrepancies to All sec Payroll Team. Preparing Payroll Summary data and Payroll Comparison with the previous month and providing the same to Tarun Sir (CFO)

Preparing Bank templates, authorization letter based on the pay registers. Getting the same signed by the Authorized signatory and submit the physical copies to the bank for employee salary payment on or before the 1st of every month.

Preparing the QB Entry & MIS data and sending it to Finance Team

Creating Employee Full and Final settlement register based on the monthly payroll registers. Ensuring that Full and Final settlement is approved by the HR Manager, City Heads ,Finance Team and processed on or before the 10th of every month. Ensure that relieving and experience letter is provided to all employees who have resigned voluntarily

Statutory Compliance-Queries from employees related to PF withdrawals, ESI Card, ESI Claims and other queries related to Statutory Compliance to be answered within a day.

Compliance pending items - Follow up with employees who have not activated their UAN due to mis-match in PAN and AADHAR card details.

Employee Payroll Audit-Employee Payroll and documents are audited by an external audit team (BDO). Providing the required input details for the audit and answering all queries raised by the auditors.

Complaince Audit - client-Sending the audit requirement of clients to Allsec for preparation of Registers.Checking the same post receiving it.

Uploading the documents in complaince portal or sending the documents to client through mail.

Admin-Preparation and arrangement during festival or celebrations in office(Pan India)

Handling the housekeeping staff

Upkeeping of office

Dealing with few vendors

booking travel tickets, hotel registration for employees, Maintaining office and guest house activities
