  Schima Sysnet & Systems Private Limited is looking for Junior HR Admin Executive



Job Description



Candidate should have International Diploma Qualification/ Degree or equivalent with 1 or 2 years of experience as an HR assistant. Must excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy. Dynamic personality with the ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.

Must be willing to work as part of Admin departments
Effective HR administration and people management skills
Exposure to Labour law and employment regulations.

Meticulous attention to detail.

Ability to accurately follow instructions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Support the Global HR Solutions for the Company.

The Human Resource Assistant will perform administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of the organizations human resource department.

Duties/ Responsibilities:

Job Responsibilities Assist in recruitment process inclusive of job posting, scheduling interviews, screening potential candidates and follow up with candidates.
Conduct employee onboarding and orientation
Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
Provides clerical support to the HR department.

May assist with payroll functions including processing, answering employee questions, fixing processing errors, and distributing checks.
Assists with planning and execution of special events such as benefits enrolment, organization-wide meetings, employee recognition events, holiday parties, and retirement celebrations.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Update personal data changes in the system and ensure proper documentation.
Assist in implementation of HR programs.
Other HR duties as assigned by HR Manager.
