  Uniquest Composites Private Limited is looking for HR & Admin Executive



Job Description

Candidate should be Any Graduate/ Post Graduate (B.Com/ BBA/ MBA/ M.Com/ BCA) with 0 to 1 years of experience in Recruitment, HR Administration, Exit Process, Documentation, HR Policies, Payroll, Labor laws. Extensive experience in administrative work such as making transfers and templates, keeping records, and reviewing HR policies. Must have good communication skills.

Roles and Responsibilities-

Supervise staff performance.
Assist the HR department in the hiring process.
Assist in employee compensation.
Ensure a fair recruitment plan and oversee new hiring, interviews, and orientations.
Oversee employee joining and exit process.
Ensure the application of labor laws.
