  Pico Capital Private Limited is looking for HR Cum Admin/ Personal Assistant



Job Description

We are looking for a self-driven, result-oriented HR Admin. cum Personal Assistant. The job entails providing support for a wide variety of activities of human resources, office administration, supporting operations team , CSR and Personal assistant role. The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.

Candidate must be Graduate with MBA in HR preferably
Minimum 4-5years of experience in the relevant domain.
Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
Ability to see `big picture` and to prioritize with a problem solving attitude.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and strong work ethic.
Needs to be tactful and diplomatic when it comes to navigating tricky situations.
Adaptable, flexible, and resilient, able to cope with the pressure of managing the demands of a high volume of work and meeting deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint and must be tech-savvy.

Requirements-

Mumbai candidates will be given preference.
Preferred age group: 35-45 years. Those below 30 years need not apply.
The notice period should not be more than 60 days.
Candidate must mention expected CTC and last drawn CTC.
Work from office is a must, need to commute to the office daily. If not feasible kindly do not apply.
