Prudent Gaming - IT Software Company is looking for HR & Admin Manager

Job Description	We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced HR Manager to join an early-stage iGaming business based in Bangalore, India, and Head office in London UK. Reporting to the Director of operations and working alongside the UK Partner, you will lead on developing the HR function. This is a start-up to scale up business, where you will create the HR function by rolling up your sleeves whilst thinking strategically. Qualifications- A MBA Degree in HR Management or equivalent with 3 to 5 years as a HR manager Must have excellent communication skills, both written and spoken Key Skills- Talent Acquisition Onboarding and off boarding process Managing employee Grievances Partially managing admin duties Working with different time zones Key Responsibilities- Create and update job descriptions Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g., social media and professional platforms like LinkedIn, etc.) Screen incoming resumes and job application Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person) Advertise job openings on the company`s careers page, social media and internally Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits Forming and maintaining employee records-Updating databases internally, such as sick and maternity leave Preparing and amending where necessary HR documents, i.e., employment contracts and recruitment guides Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard Act as an office manager to India office Work with management teams during onboarding and off boarding
