  Dr MGR Educational And Research Institute is looking for Assistant Manager - HR & Admin



Job Description

Candidate should have Bachelors/ Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma (Preferably female) with 2.3+ years of related administrative experience. Must be detail-oriented and organized with strong communication and customer service skills. Solid understanding of MS Office. Familiar with applicant tracking.

Roles and Responsibilities-

1. Perform administrative work, including scheduling, maintaining files and sorting mail for Human Resources department
2. Sourcing the candidates from various sources like job portals, walk-ins, referrals
3. Assist various institutions with the hiring process, including submitting job postings online and scheduling candidate interviews
4. Enter employment data into computer database
5. Coordinate logistics for new hire orientations and employee training sessions
